Once you have proved your reviewing chops, we will give you real submissions to review. If you are a deep reviewer the process will be much the same as before. If you are a sift reviewer you will be asked to give your impressions on a submission's blurb and opening few paragraphs (mimicking a common approach when browsing books in a bookstore).

Deep reviewers will be asked to review up to five submissions. Sift reviewers will be asked to assess up to ten submissions.

Once you have provided your reviews you'll be able to see how others judged the same work.
